Job responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end Flutter app development across multiple projects using Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and Swift.
2. Guide team members in adopting best practices in mobile architecture (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
3. Facilitate architectural decisions and enforce performance optimization using Firebase and backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
4. Plan sprints, manage Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
5. Implement CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Docker.
6. Review code, enforce security and code quality, and manage release cycles.
7. Lead collaboration with UI/UX teams using tools like Figma.
8. Promote knowledge sharing, skill development, and team growth.
