Risk Management Data Integrity Analyst

Summary:

Responsible for data compilation, data entry and liaising with Iron Mountain business

partners in APAC to add our global vendor population into the Third Party Risk system

of record, Archer. This position will be part of the globalization of the TPRM program

and will ensure that all global vendors are added to the Third Party Risk system. The

analyst will report to the Manager, Third Party Risk Management, and partner with the

broader TPRM team, Supplier Relationship Management Team, Procurement and

Global Business Relationship owners to gather all pertinent demographic data for global

vendor relationship.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage day to day compilation and reporting of information from disparate

sources of data

● Import, clean and validate data from various data sources

● Define, develop and implement standard reports

Skills:

● Strong oral and written communication skills

● Strong analytical and mathematical mindset

● Knowledge of the Google Workspace & Archer (Preferred)

● Ability to learn multiple applications and software
