Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with expertise in General Ledger, Controlling, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Bank Cash Management. As a key member of our team, you will engage with business and product stakeholders to understand client requirements, participate in cross-functional conversations, and support the development of product roadmaps. You will provide strategic insights at an enterprise level, driving business results and promoting short-term and long-term operating plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with business and product stakeholders to understand client requirements and actively participate in cross-functional conversations.
2. Provide strategic insights at the enterprise level on all aspects of Integrated Financial Systems.
3. Lead research and development efforts (proofs of concept, prototypes) and provide data solution design for complex initiatives.
4. Manage SAP teams, focusing on team management, functional transformation, and driving multiple organizational objectives.
5. Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers, analyze performance, and provide improvement recommendations.
6. Take end-to-end ownership of project quality and delivery, adopting Agile methodologies to lead a team of full-stack developers.
7. Drive the quality management process, actively participating in code reviews and providing timely feedback.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. SAP certification in Finance (FI) is highly preferred.

Must-Have Skills

1. Expertise in General Ledger and Basic Controlling in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
2. Expertise in Fixed Assets in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
3. Expertise in Accounts Payable in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
4. Expertise in Bank Cash Management in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
5. Basic ABAP Knowledge.
6. Knowledge of project management frameworks like Agile and SCRUM.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with SAP implementation projects.
2. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
