ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY… Your role As Global Process Owners, your mission is to optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance. They need a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL fulfill the below job responsibilities to drive best in class process mapping, analysis and understanding. Process Improvement Knowledge ● Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis. ● Understanding of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. ● Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools. ● Process Modeling Tools: Proficiency in software such as Visio, Bizagi, ARIS, or IBM Blueworks Live for modeling processes. ● Data Visualization: Using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present process data and performance metrics. ● Process Automation: Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Communication Skills ● Clear and effective verbal and written communication. ● Ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. ● Active listening skills to gather input from stakeholders. ● Ability to explain process changes and improvements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with different departments to gather insights, validate findings, and gain buy-in. ● Report Writing and Presentation: Preparing clear and concise reports and presenting findings effectively. Interpersonal Skills ● Ability to collaborate across departments and teams. ● Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. ● Strong customer-focused mindset. ● Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting processes and changes and thoroughness in testing new processes or systems. Analytical Skills ● Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to make evidence-based decisions. ● Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate processes and propose innovative solutions for improvement. ● Gap Analysis: Identifying discrepancies between current and desired process states and recommending actionable solutions. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ● Skilled in lean training, process improvement methodologies. ● Drives programs to closure on time and under budget. ● Experience in process delivery model, operating model ● Strong analytical and decision-making skills ● Exceptional time management, organizational, and negotiation skills ● Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and strong presentation skills. Ability to motivate and lead teams by influence. ● Able to translate customer feedback into meaningful solutions, is a self-motivated multitasker with high attention to detail. ● Experience level of resources: > 5 years
