Global Process Owner (GPO) group is hiring an experienced Program Manager. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation whose mission is to be a trusted strategic partner to both our internal and external customers through optimisation, standardisation, and enterprise services.

The Program Manager owns the successful delivery of large, high-impact initiatives while simultaneously tracking a set of projects led by Project Managers worldwide. You will closely collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand and prioritise the projects that will support the global strategy.

The Program Manager has a strong understanding of solution selling and experience implementing global customer solutions. This role relies on influence, adaptability and ingenuity over authority to drive delivery. Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

● Establish and manage consolidated scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned programs by integrating inputs from global stakeholders.

● Understand and contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage the levers that drive revenue and profit for each solution.

● Utilize the Enterprise PMO framework to ensure project management consistency and achieve desired results.

● Lead resource planning and facilitate prioritization for assigned initiatives.

● Communicate status, dependencies, and critical issues effectively to management and key stakeholders.

● Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise PMO through lessons learned and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial and Vendor Management

● Manage financial performance for assigned programs, including actuals vs. budget and monthly forecasts.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

● Adaptability to Fast-Paced Environments: Proven ability to self-start effectively amidst ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing landscape.

● AI Familiarity: Experience with or a strong interest in AI implementations and emerging digital tools to drive process efficiency is a significant plus.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working effectively with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

● Communication & Influence: Strong facilitation skills with the ability to provide clear and concise communications to both internal leadership and external customers.

● Continuous Improvement: Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma certification is an advantage) and a willingness to learn new ways of working.

● Tools: Proficiency with online project management tools (e.g., monday.com) is an advantage.
