Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive documentation for our E-learning products, including user manuals, online help, and instructional guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.

Stay updated with product changes to ensure all documentation is current.

Incorporate multimedia elements (e.g., videos, graphics) to enhance user understanding.

Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve documentation processes.

Help reduce the contact volume by helping customers self-serve their information needs.

Curate content and develop strategies to provide a unified experience to users.

Skills

Education

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum four to five years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the E-learning domain.

Strong proficiency in creating diverse types of documents tailored to different audiences.

Excellent command over English, both written and spoken.

Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.

Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond to changes quickly based on documented results and metrics.
