Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead TIBCO–Java Integration Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance integration solutions using TIBCO middleware and Java technologies, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6) and Java/J2EE
2. Architect and develop REST and SOAP web services and integration APIs
3. Implement messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS / JMS
4. Design and enforce SOA / Microservices based integration patterns
5. Perform complex data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON
6. Define integration standards, best practices, and reusable components
7. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
8. Handle deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD
9. Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and high-availability design
10. Lead production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
11. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and security teams to ensure compliant solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development
2. Strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6)
3. Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, Spring
4. Extensive experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS
5. Deep understanding of SOA, ESB, Microservices architecture
6. Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT
7. Experience integrating with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
8. Good exposure to Linux/Unix environments
9. Experience with Git/SVN and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with TIBCO Admin, Hawk, TEA
2. Exposure to TIBCO API Management / Mashery
3. Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, or ActiveMQ
4. Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
5. CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
6. Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Healthcare

Education

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
