We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, including generative AI models and chatbots, that address key business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a strong understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional and effective AI systems.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design, build, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and reliable AI models, with a focus on generative AI and natural language processing (NLP).

• Chatbot Creation: Develop and implement intelligent and conversational chatbots that provide a seamless user experience.

• Translate Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements for AI-driven solutions.

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to train and validate AI models.

• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver integrated AI solutions.

• Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models in a production environment.

• Generative AI: Hands-on experience with generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers).

• Chatbot Development: Experience with chatbot development platforms and technologies (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).

• NLP: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and models.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• This includes designing dialogue flows, training NLP models, and integrating with backend systems.
