Job Title: IT Marketing Research Analyst

Experience Level : 5–6 Years

Work Location: Bengaluru

Education Requirement: MBA from top tier1 colleges (Marketing/Strategy preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Marketing Research Analyst with strong expertise in global market intelligence to define, refine, and position IT service offerings. This role will focus on extensive research across international markets to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, enabling the development of scalable IT services for a global audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct deep-dive research across global markets to identify demand, trends, and opportunities in IT services
  2. Define and structure IT service offerings (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Solutions) aligned with global market needs
  3. Perform competitive benchmarking and gap analysis to position services effectively in international markets
  4. Develop data-driven insights to support go-to-market strategies and global expansion plans
  5. Identify target industries, customer segments, and buyer personas across regions
  6. Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align services with market demand
  7. Track emerging technologies, industry reports, and analyst insights (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
  8. Create concise research reports, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 5–6 years of experience in IT market research, preferably in global markets
  2. Strong understanding of IT services landscape and international market dynamics
  3. Proven experience in defining or positioning IT service offerings based on research
  4. Expertise in competitive analysis, market sizing, and trend forecasting
  5. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  6. MBA from a reputed institute (Marketing/Strategy preferred)
  7. Experience working with global clients or cross-border teams
  8. Exposure to analyst reports and global research frameworks
