• Content Creation and Management: Experience creating a wide range of technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, and online help.

• Tools and Technology: Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and content management systems. For example, Adobe Experience Manager Guides (AEM Guides), Oxygen, Adobe FrameMaker, etc. Someone with XML/DITA capabilities will be a plus.
