Looking for resources with 2-4 years (Junior recruiters) and 4-6 years (Senior recruiters)

• Should have experience in Contract staffing
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment/ staffing life cycle.
• Ability to manage the entire Staffing / recruitmentcycle - Understand the client requirement, Sourcing, Initial telephonic screening, Interview scheduling, monitoring by having regular follow-ups with candidates until on-boarding, post onboarding follow-up.
• Hiring resources from mid-level to Senior Level for Contract and C2H PAN India
• Familiar working on different job boards.
• Selected candidate Documentation and Initiating the HR
• Following up with the offered candidate till he/she joins the organization.
• Team player with a passion for Recruitment
• Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
