- Should have experience in Contract staffing
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment/ staffing life cycle.
- Ability to manage the entire Staffing / recruitmentcycle - Understand the client requirement, Sourcing, Initial telephonic screening, Interview scheduling, monitoring by having regular follow-ups with candidates until on-boarding, post onboarding follow-up.
- Hiring resources from mid-level to Senior Level for Contract and C2H PAN India
- Familiar working on different job boards.
- Selected candidate Documentation and Initiating the HR
- Following up with the offered candidate till he/she joins the organization.
- Team player with a passion for Recruitment
- Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
