I am an independent, qualified and experienced coach, coach supervisor and coaching trainer. I work with leaders, managers, professionals and students, particularly (although not exclusively) in the third (not-for-profit) sector.
I have worked in 14 countries and I enjoy working cross-culturally. My coaching has a distinctive existential, psychological and systemic orientation. I specialise in critical reflexivity and critical reflective practice, enabling clients to learn, grow and succeed.
I have a flexible, relational style. I blog regularly and have had 100+ articles published in coaching, leadership and other people and organisation-related development fields. You can see examples on my website: www.nick-wright.com.
I have a postgraduate diploma with distinction in coaching psychology; a masters degree with distinction in human resource development; a certificate in supervision and consultation. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning.
