David Petrovay Coaching

I work with clients based on their needs. Our sessions are designed to help them achieve their goals. In some cases they are looking for employment opportunities in either their current or a new field. We explore how interests, values, skills, and personality can help identify what that would look like. The emphasis here would be on career counseling.

Other clients may be at the stage where they are ready to apply for specific positions. The focus at this point is prepare a plan of action including how to network, how to compose a customized resume, and how to interview.

Still other clients are currently working in a position that is a good fit. This is an opportunity to proactively plan to deal with challenges in the workplace through career coaching. 

Assigning "homework" between sessions optimizes our time together. It provides tools for the client to become more self-sufficient and self-confident in the process.
