Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced React Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS. As a React Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of at least 5 mid-level and junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and guiding the team technically. You should have a proven track record of working on enterprise-level ReactJS projects/products and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ mid-level and junior developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Conduct daily code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.

• Hands-on development using ReactJS 18, Redux, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.

• Ensure the team follows a structured and iterative development approach with short development cycles and frequent builds.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices within the team.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
