About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive the adoption of ACHNET among Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers across India who engage in campus hiring. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong network, persuasive communication, and sales expertise to position ACHNET as a cost-effective, high-quality talent pool solution for campus recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Relationship Building: Utilize existing connections with Talent Acquisition Managers (especially those involved in campus hiring) across India to promote ACHNET.
Sales & Outreach: Proactively engage with TA managers, HR leaders, and recruitment heads to showcase ACHNET’s value proposition—lower costs & access to a curated talent pool.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Confidently negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals with enterprise clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on campus hiring trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales pitches with customer needs.
Target-Driven: Meet and exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
