Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
2. Advise customers on perfume, fragrance, and lotion products, offering personalized recommendations.
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and inventory management.
5. Achieve individual and team sales goals by promoting products and utilizing effective selling techniques.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

Educational Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Knowledge of perfume and fragrance notes.
