DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that directly support our IT Sales team. This role involves driving targeted lead generation, creating compelling marketing and hiring content, and enhancing our brand visibility across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services or tech sales marketing, with the ability to create impactful designs and execute strategic marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

IT Sales & Lead Generation

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that support IT sales goals and pipeline growth.
  2. Run targeted digital campaigns focused on IT services, solutions, and consulting offerings.
  3. Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, events, and paid ads.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, improve funnel conversion, and provide sales-enablement materials.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  1. Plan and manage cross-channel marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  2. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities in the IT services market.
  3. Track and report KPIs such as lead conversion, campaign performance, and digital engagement.

Content Creation & Social Media

  1. Design high-quality marketing flyers, graphics, banners, and promotional content for social media platforms.
  2. Create engaging content that highlights IT services, success stories, and thought leadership.
  3. Manage the company’s social media calendar, posting strategy, and engagement analytics.

Recruitment Marketing

  1. Create visually appealing job posting flyers and social media hiring campaigns.
  2. Support HR with content that enhances employer branding and attracts top IT talent.

Collaboration & Coordination

  1. Work closely with Sales, HR, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  2. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, or vendors as needed.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT services, tech, or B2B environments.
  3. Proven experience with lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  5. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools.
  6. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  7. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.


Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience working directly with IT sales teams.
  2. Understanding of IT services, staffing, or technology solutions.
  3. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing best practices.
  4. Video editing or motion graphics experience.
