Job Overview

ACHNET Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Management Trainee to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with a passion for sales, client engagement, and business growth to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month internship program, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business aptitude. This role is designed to groom high-potential individuals into future leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end sales and business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prospect new clients and business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Conduct compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of ACHNET's solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA or PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Business acumen and understanding of sales principles.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Pay Rate/Salary

Competitive internship stipend will be provided. Upon confirmation to a full-time role, a competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with experience and performance.
