Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Delivery Manager to lead our domestic recruitment efforts in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, with a proven ability to manage teams, deliver results within committed timelines, and develop effective sourcing strategies. This role requires a candidate who can mentor team members, conduct market intelligence research, and ensure the successful fulfillment of recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on domestic recruitment.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals within specified timelines.
3. Mentor and guide team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their performance.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify talent pools and competitive compensation benchmarks.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
6. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Master's degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic hiring.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
2. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
3. Certifications in HR or recruitment.
