Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Institutional Partnerships (EdTech / HRTech)
Location: Bengaluru on site (Travel Required)
Reporting To: Academic Relations / Business Head
Role Objective
Drive institutional partnerships by engaging Higher Education Institutes, delivering presentations, and onboarding them onto the ACHNET platform to enhance student employability and industry integration.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and management institutes
Meet TPOs, Placement Heads, Deans, Directors, and Management
Deliver presentations and platform demos to institutional stakeholders
Handle consultative sales discussions and address institutional queries
Drive end-to-end onboarding including proposal, MoU coordination, and activation
Maintain ongoing relationships with institutions to ensure engagement and growth
Support institutes in student awareness and career-oriented initiatives
Track market trends and competitor activities
Experience Required (3–4 Years)
EdTech / HRTech B2B Sales
OR
Institutional / Academic Sales
OR
Campus hiring / Campus drive coordination for companies
