Job Title: IT Services Marketing Manager / Director

About the Role
We are seeking a senior, results-oriented IT Services Marketing Manager / Director to lead and scale marketing initiatives for our IT services and consulting business. This role will be responsible for driving brand positioning, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and revenue-aligned marketing for services such as Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and IT Staff Augmentation.
This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on execution, working closely with Sales, Leadership, and Delivery teams across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the overall marketing strategy for IT services aligned with business growth objectives.
Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new service offerings, verticals, and geographies.
Act as a strategic marketing partner to sales leadership, supporting pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing teams and external agencies.
Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing
Drive end-to-end demand generation programs across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, events, SEO).
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Align closely with sales teams on lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
Track funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI.
Branding, Positioning & Messaging
Strengthen brand presence and market positioning in the IT services and consulting space.
Develop compelling value propositions, service messaging, and differentiation strategies.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across website, sales collateral, campaigns, and social channels.
Content & Digital Marketing
Oversee content strategy including website, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, brochures, pitch decks, and thought leadership assets.
Drive SEO, website optimization, and content performance improvements.
Collaborate with SMEs, sales, and delivery leaders to create high-impact content.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives with technology and channel partners.
Support alliances, co-marketing campaigns, and industry events.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry shifts relevant to IT services.
Present regular performance dashboards and strategic insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in IT services, IT consulting, or technology services.
Strong understanding of IT services including Software Development, Cloud, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Staff Augmentation.
Proven experience in demand generation, ABM, and revenue-driven marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyse, and optimize marketing impact.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing IT services in US, North America, and global markets.
Exposure to enterprise and mid-market sales cycles.
Experience working closely with inside sales and business development teams.
Prior experience in scaling marketing for a growing IT services organization.
