About the Role
We are seeking a senior, results-oriented IT Services Marketing Manager / Director to lead and scale global marketing initiatives for our IT services and consulting business.
This role will drive brand positioning, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and revenue-aligned marketing across North America, GCC, and other global markets. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in global B2B services marketing, including strong exposure to GCC markets
This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on execution, working closely with Sales, Leadership, Alliances, and Delivery teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives across North America, GCC, and emerging markets.
Develop region-specific GTM strategies tailored to global enterprise and mid-market segments.
Support international expansion initiatives, particularly in GCC markets.
Act as a strategic partner to global sales leadership to drive pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Lead and scale a multi-region marketing team and agency ecosystem.
Global Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing
Drive integrated global demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Design and execute ABM strategies targeting enterprise and government accounts globally, including GCC.
Localize campaigns for GCC markets considering regional business culture, procurement processes, and industry priorities.
Align closely with regional sales teams to optimize lead-to-revenue conversion.
Own and report on funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, CAC, and marketing ROI.
Brand Positioning & Global Messaging
Strengthen global brand presence in IT services and consulting.
Develop differentiated messaging frameworks adaptable across regions, including GCC.
Position services effectively in digital transformation initiatives, especially within public sector, energy, BFSI, telecom, and large enterprise segments globally.
Ensure consistency in global brand identity while enabling regional customization.
Content & Thought Leadership
Lead global content strategy including website, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, pitch decks, and executive thought leadership.
Develop region-specific thought leadership aligned with GCC digital transformation programs and national initiatives.
Collaborate with SMEs and delivery leaders to create consultative, solution-driven content.
Drive SEO, website performance, and digital visibility across global markets.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Execute global co-marketing initiatives with technology and hyperscaler partners.
Support alliances and channel partnerships across North America and GCC regions.
Represent marketing in global industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
Conduct global market and competitor analysis with focused tracking of GCC IT spending trends.
Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory environments, and regional economic initiatives impacting IT services demand.
Present executive dashboards and strategic insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 8 years in IT services or technology consulting.
Proven experience managing global marketing programs, including GCC markets.
Experience supporting international expansion into GCC markets.
Understanding of GCC procurement frameworks and public sector marketing dynamics.
Strong understanding of IT services including Software Development, Cloud, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
Experience with enterprise and government sales cycles in global and GCC environments.
Expertise in demand generation, ABM, and revenue marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
Strong understanding of long enterprise sales cycles and RFP-driven environments.
Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and ROI measurement capabilities.
