I am a ACC Certified coach from ICF, with a MBA in HR from TISS, Mumbai. I have more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, covering the entire gamut of the HR function. By virtue of experience across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Pharma and other industries I have a very good understanding of what drives people in organistions and the issues and concerns they face.

I will be able to add tremendous value to you through Executive Coaching, Career and career transition coaching. I have been able to help individuals through Life Coaching with regard to their work, relationship, performance and other issues. I help my coachees find their ideal fitment in terms of profile, resolve issues that they are facing in the work place and outside which are impacting their work. However my greatest contribution is to help them define key peorformance areas and help build on both performance and potential through coaching and other interventions. I have worked with Executives at all levels from entry level to Heads of Department and CEO level.
