The approach of Deepak in practice of coaching is built around 3R.

1. Respect - Deepak believes very strongly that every human being has the power to think and find unique answers to their challenges in every part of their life. This translates in to curiosity and respect for people journey, their intent and allows Deepak to focus on asking questions purely to facilitate new thinking and actions that maximise the potential of client / Coachee.

2. Responsibility - Deepak seeks to establishes partnership in the journey and provides clarity , through expectation setting , on respective roles of coach and client Coachee . The role of the coach is primarily to support , encourage , challenge the client and for the client to explore deeply within and build new awareness about self that motivates them to take actions .

3. Results - The partnership from coach is aimed at achieving the results the client Coachee aspires to achieve. Deepak recognises and serves those needs of achieving outcomes that are aspirational for client. Deepak adapts and flex approaches that work for client Coachee.
