Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Linux background and a proven ability to provide technical support across diverse cultural environments. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud platform. The Cloud Support Engineer will work closely with other teams to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and resolve issues.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
• Adapt and provide support across diverse cultural environments.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
