Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site engineering activities related to post-tensioning projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, particularly with post-tensioning systems, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Site Engineer will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all on-site engineering activities related to post-tensioning projects.
2. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
5. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to on-site personnel.
7. Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety inspections.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proven experience in post-tensioning construction.
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Good-to-Have Skills:
