Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain principles, SAP implementation experience, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SAP within a supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's supply chain operations, from procurement to distribution.
• Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful integration with existing supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation and configuration within a supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
