Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technician to join our mRNA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, manufacturing, and testing of mRNA-based products. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles, excellent laboratory skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and purification of mRNA.
• Perform quality control testing of mRNA products, including assays for purity, concentration, and integrity.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments and procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of mRNA manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues and improve processes.

Educational Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with mRNA handling and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in cell culture techniques.
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and GMP principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with process development and optimization.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
