Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager of Sales to join our team at ACHNET Demo. The Assistant Manager of Sales will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Audio Visual industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of AV solutions, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
2. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the Audio Visual sector.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Prepare sales forecasts and reports, tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

1. Proven experience in sales within the Audio Visual industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of Audio Visual solutions and technologies.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
