Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Plant Head to lead our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient and safe production, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including FDA guidelines and GMP standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
4. Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
5. Monitor plant performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
2. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
