Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our Microfinance team. The Loan Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of microloans, assessing creditworthiness, and providing financial guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NBFC industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals and small businesses achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of microloans, ensuring timely repayments and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments of loan applicants, analyzing financial statements and other relevant data.
• Provide financial counseling and guidance to clients, helping them understand loan terms and develop sound financial practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
• Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate losses.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Participate in community outreach activities to promote microfinance services and expand the client base.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the NBFC industry.
• Proven track record of successful loan portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
