Position : Market Research analyst
Responsibilities
- Finding right person contact for Tescra Solutions and services.
- Understand Tescra business objectives and design research to discover prospective customers preferences.
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis on IT Projects.
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations based on research.
- Collect data of companies, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of IT operation.
- Remain fully informed on US IT market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Requirements
- Min 2 + years of experience in market research, data mining, account mining, US Market ( IT Industry)
- Understanding of IT industry and North American Demography.
- Proven market research analysis experience
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong presentation skills, excellent on MS Excel.
- Ability to profile companies across industries based on revenue, employee strength, vertical, Technology, and defining target market.
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, social media, surveys etc)
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
