Job Description
- Maintain book keeping in Tally, Quickbooks etc
- Manage statutory payments and compliances for PT, TDS, GST, Advance tax etc
- Performing daily accounting activities including AP management & AR management
- Creating and sending invoices for clients
- Managing payroll for clients
- Performing monthly close activities
- Preparing financial statements
- Creation and management of reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports
- Preparation of sales and payroll tax returns
- Development of one-on-one relationships with US-based project leads
- Ensuring that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes
- Drive quality project deliverables
- Progressively enhance leadership skills and guide Associates on delivery work
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Accounting is a plus
- Self-motived with strong work ethic
- Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames
- Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other US accounting system
- Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
