Like many, I had a very humble beginning to my 30+ year’s career after my Engineering & went to lead a team of 4500+ executives as Vice-President of MphasiS, one of the top 10 IT companies in India. Had the privilege to work closely with some of the top-leaders of our time.

After working with various corporates for 25 years across many countries & industries, I founded BlueTiger in the year 2011 along with few passionate people & are providing Behaviour & Leadership Development Training, Executive Coaching & Mentoring services and consulting services to our clients across the globe.

In the last 8+ years, I have had the privilege of working with many corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners & corporate companies across IT, ITeS, Manufacturing, Digital, Pharma, Financial Services, e-commerce, retail, reality & Leather industries.  Further, I have been training the Supreme & High Court judges, CBI/CVC officers as well, who report to PMO.
