Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support via chat and phone. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.

Educational Qualifications:
