Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fabrication Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment, with a focus on process optimization, troubleshooting, and yield improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of microfabrication techniques and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Fabrication Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the development and manufacturing of advanced semiconductor devices at our San Ramon, CA facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain semiconductor fabrication processes, including but not limited to photolithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify and resolve issues related to yield, quality, and performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process, equipment, and quality engineers, to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process control plans.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process performance and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor fabrication technologies.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication, with a focus on process engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with specific fabrication equipment (e.g., etchers, deposition systems, lithography tools).
• Familiarity with yield analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.

Pay Rate/Salary:
