Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will be integral in supporting strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and partnerships. The Corporate Development Associate will work closely with senior management, providing financial analysis, market research, and project management support. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of corporate development within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, investment opportunities, and partnership prospects.
• Develop financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion/dilution, and sensitivity analyses, to evaluate potential transactions.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including gathering and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and board of directors.
• Support the negotiation and execution of transactions, including drafting term sheets and transaction documents.
• Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
