Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, providing comprehensive legal support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise internal clients on legal issues and potential risks.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
• Collaborate with external counsel as needed.

Educational Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
