Job Overview:

Tealium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team in Germany. This role focuses on managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) landscape, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This position requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. This individual will be responsible for ACHNET Demo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within Germany.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business objectives and identify opportunities to expand Tealium's footprint.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the CDP or MarTech space.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with ACHNET Demo.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
