Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve individual and team targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
