Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the SaaS HR Tech industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Educational Qualifications:
