Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing financial solutions, and driving business growth within the banking industry. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions, including loans, deposits, and other banking products.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in relationship management within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Equitas Small Finance Bank products.
• Knowledge of local market and customer base.
