Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to provide technical support for our music platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, be adept at multitasking, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to handle multiple chat windows simultaneously while providing top-tier support in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to users of the music platform via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Handle a minimum of three concurrent chat windows while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform, including but not limited to playback issues, account management, and billing inquiries.
  4. Utilize various internal tools and resources to assist users effectively.
  5. Communicate with users in multiple languages, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  2. Ability to handle a minimum of three concurrent chat windows effectively.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in using various communication and support tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  1. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.).
  2. Experience with music streaming platforms.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software.
  4. Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
