Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing support and guidance to employees and management within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support those goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from a Tier 1 college or university.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience with performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
