Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Interview Technology and ATS, Assessment Scientist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our talent acquisition processes through the effective use of interview technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and assessment methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, a deep understanding of assessment science, and a proven ability to implement and manage these technologies to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies, including pre-employment tests and interview guides, to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Utilize interview technology platforms to facilitate virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Analyze assessment data to identify trends, improve hiring decisions, and enhance the overall quality of hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate evaluation.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in interview technology, ATS, and assessment methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards related to hiring and assessment practices.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse).
• Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and psychometrics.
• Experience with interview technology platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, HireVue).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
