Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content, and engaging with our online community. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers.
• Oversee the execution of on-field shoots for photography and videography.
• Create and maintain social media calendars to ensure consistent content posting.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve strategies.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Minimum of 1 year of agency experience.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience executing on-field shoots for photography and videography.
• Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
