Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Java applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Java development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. The Java Developer will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, including core concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Spring Framework and/or Spring Boot.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
