Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the EdTech industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving client success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure client success.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals to maximize revenue and client retention.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field within the EdTech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
