Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). This role requires a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, along with a passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
3. Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement user interfaces and features.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
6. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proven experience with MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
3. Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
